I’m a return customer (10 years ago).
The bathroom water supply line leaked and caused mold damage. Once I called Champion, they took the lead.
Jolan, the technician, was well versed on mold remediation. He’s honest, compassionate, not an alarmist. He methodically explained every aspect of the issue, what I needed to do, and the best and worse case scenarios to achieve best treatment approach.
Peter, the dispatch manager, stayed in touch and went the extra mile once I filed an insurance claim.
This company and its team will exceed expectations. -
