Why did the customer contact us?
Property Owner / Manager contacted us with an emergency sewage overflow needing immediate response. Toilet had overflowed into hallway and office area damaging carpet and cause flooded tile areas. Severe odor and unsanitary conditions were halting work flow.
Solutions provided:
Disaster team responded within an hour to commercial building and contained the area, provided cleaning of bathroom and carpet as well as deodorizing.
Air scrubbers, fans, dehumidifiers and other equipment set and allowed to run until customer was satisfied with the conditions and able to return to work the next day!
