Why did the customer contact us?
The customer accidentally drilled into a copper pipe. Water came down three levels wetting drywall ceilings, and walls as well as hardwoods and cabinets in the kitchen. The unfinished basement had standing water as well.
Solutions provided:
Champion Cleaning Systems was able to quickly arrive on site and come up with a plan to restore and dry the home. We were able to use an injecti-dry hardwood floor drying system and dry the hardwoods as well as the cabinetry. The rest of the home was mitigated using Fans, Dehumidifiers, Hepa Air filtration devices and containment.
