Why did the customer contact us?
The customer noticed water puddling on the master bathroom floor. She contacted Champion Cleaning Systems to inspect her home for water damage.
Solutions provided:
We helped her to start an insurance claim which was approved. In this case we had to remove the tile on the wall the damaged sheetrock and wet insulation. We used air movers, fans, and dehumidifiers as well as anti-microbial to complete the remediation of her home. We monitored the equipment daily until the structure was dry.
